Following four amazing years running Sbomb Vintage Workshop—one of Poole’s coolest bars—Katie has taken her passion on the road and launched into the world of food trucks. With a lifetime of experience in the hospitality world, from growing up in hotels and pubs, to running events, managing events on an eco-farm, and chefing through multiple ski seasons, she’s bringing all that flavour and flair to the festival scene.

Now hitting Dorset with her vintage, speakeasy-style food trailer (and plenty of sass), Katie is joined by her right-hand woman Lolley and a brilliant team of friends. Together, they're out to seduce your taste buds with culinary delights, street food charm, and serious vibes.

Toasties are the signature move—but don't stop there. The trailer is available for private hire, offering everything from Tacos & Nachos, stone-baked pizzas and hearty  breakfasts to BBQ spreads and even full three-course menus.
