Following four amazing years running Sbomb Vintage Workshop—one of Poole’s coolest bars—Katie has taken her passion on the road and launched into the world of food trucks. With a lifetime of experience in the hospitality world, from growing up in hotels and pubs, to running events, managing an eco-farm, and cheffing through multiple ski seasons, she’s bringing all that flavour and flair to the festival scene.

Now hitting Dorset with her vintage, speakeasy-style food trailer (and plenty of sass), Katie is joined by her right-hand woman Lolley and a brilliant team of friends. Together, they're out to seduce your taste buds with culinary delights, street food charm, and serious vibes.

Tosties are the signature move—but don't stop there.
